I ate here after new management took over and it was really good. We did the weekend buffet and we were able to try several dishes. I really liked the beef biryani and nihari the most. There was a chicken salan that was good and I think it was the chicken karhai.
The butter chicken wasn't good, but I expected that to be the case because Pakistani restaurants can't do butter chicken right like Indian restaurants. I had other dishes, but they weren't as memorable as the biryani.
You could also eat from the chaat station, but it seemed OK to me.
They have Kashmiri chai! -

Cheap but relatively decent Pakistani food. The lunch buffet is an awesome deal. $6.99 lunch buffet until 4PM on the weekdays. This can include dishes like butter chicken, pani puri, chicken tikka, chicken biryani, and nihari. The food overall is decent especially for the price. I will say some of the staff is better at restocking parts of the buffet than others. I went today and noticed that people were constantly having to ask for food to be restocked. The mango lassi is delicious though. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area

Hosted a party of about 60 guests today at this restaurant. Everything was great. Excellent tikka, paya and biryani. Huge thanks to the owners. Will be back soon.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT & OH SO BAD!
Food: Barely Edible. The beef seekh was flavorless and the bihari beef, gola kabab, and malai chicken dry. If you liked their food pre-reno you will hate it now.
Service: Sad. Got our food 45min after we got there even though we ordered ahead. Spraying cleaning solution on tables while food is right next to it. Serving cold food that was sitting idle for 30 min.

This place is the bomb! I've been here three times now and really like the food. The chicken tikkas are excellent with the Karachi style paratha and the kebab roll is also excellent! The dark green chutney is authentic and ending with doodh patti was a nice finish! Next time I have to try the karahi!
